To properly conduct our business, we sometimes need to process your personal data. We always do this carefully and in accordance with the law.

Processing personal data and purposes

When using and visiting the “careers” websites, we process the following personal data for the purposes stated below.

To be able to fulfill your requests, we process:

  • When you contact us via the contact or call-me-back form on our website: your name, (email) address, telephone number, and any other (personal) data you share with us, including, of course, your comment (request, question, or complaint). We do this so we can take note of your comment, contact you, and keep you informed of the progress of your request.
  • If you request a document: your name and email address. We do this to verify whether it is a valid download.

Without the above-mentioned data, we cannot fulfill your requests.

In the context of our legitimate interest (to improve our website and to comply with laws and regulations), we process:

  • When you visit our website: the unique identification and statistics regarding pages viewed, traffic to and from the website, the time of your visit, the referring URL, any keywords you used, the operating system you use, the browser you use, specifications of the device you use, your IP address and, if provided by you, your name and email address. This data helps us measure interest in our website and improve its user-friendliness.
  • In response to complaints or reports: data about (suspected) infringements of intellectual property rights and/or other unlawful acts. In addition, we may provide (personal) data to third parties, such as rights holders, supervisory bodies, the Tax and Customs Administration, the judiciary, the police, and other investigative authorities, if Stahl is obligated to do so by law or regulations or sees reason to do so based on this statement.
